Our history
The story of Crossing The Gap Disability Services started in 2021 when Kristy Browning and Suzie Webber decided to grow their small sole trader business, with the aim to become leading care providers in the disability field. They took a big risk but saw there was a growing need in the community for more experienced and care focused disability respite services and disability support services in Geelong.
Crossing The Gap Disability Services was born and with it the purpose to provide services to all individuals to help them live their lives and thrive as productive members of the community. Our business is about working with participants and helping them achieve their individual goals at their own pace.
Our motto:
“Your Choice, Your Goals, Your Pace”
